The BTS712N1 is a four channel high side Power Switch with integrated vertical power FET, providing embedded protection and diagnostic functions. N channel vertical power FET with charge pump, ground referenced CMOS compatible input and diagnostic feedback, monolithically integrated in Smart SIPMOS technology.
