BTS70021EPPXUMA1 is a PROFET™ +2, smart high-side power switch, providing protection functions and diagnosis. It is suitable for driving 21A resistive, inductive and capacitive loads, replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits, suitable for driving glow plug, heating loads, DC motor and for power distribution.

• High-side switch with diagnosis and embedded protection
• Reverse ON for low power dissipation in reverse polarity
• Absolute and dynamic temperature limitation with controlled reactivation
• Overcurrent protection (tripping) with intelligent latch, undervoltage shutdown
• Overvoltage protection with external components, proportional load current sense
• Open load in ON and OFF state, short circuit to ground and battery
• Qualified for automotive applications, product validation according to AEC-Q100 Grade 1
• Power supply voltage range from -0.3 to 28V (TJ=-40 to 150°C), nominal load current (TA=85°C) is 21A
• Load dump voltage is 35V max ( suppressed load dump acc. To ISO16750-2 (2010). Ri=2ohm)
• PG-TSDSO-14 package, junction temperature range from -40 to 150°C
