BTS500601TEAAUMA2 is a 6mohm single channel smart high-side power switch. It is based on smart power chip-on-chip technology with a P-channel vertical power MOSFET, providing protective and diagnostic functions. It is specially designed to drive loads in the harsh automotive environment. It is used in all types of resistive, inductive and capacitive loads, most suitable for driving loads with PWM frequency from 0Hz (DC operation) up to 1KHz and above, drives loads with high inrush current, e.g. PTC heaters, replaces electromechanical relays, fuses and discrete circuits.
