The GLS85LS1032P Industrial Grade SATA NANDrive™ devices are fully integrated solid state drives. They combine an advanced NAND controller and 16 or 32 GByte of NAND flash in a multi-chip package. These products are ideal for embedded and portable applications that require smaller form-factor and more reliable data storage.
