The demonstrator shows a setup for different current settings per channel and switching of current setting by an external signal (via T1 and T2), which could for example be used as rear-light for motor-cycles or in general for automotive designs.Channel 1 shows an example of turning a channel “on” or “off” - using only the PCB supply itself. R12 and R13 are an option to extend the usable current range of E522.8x down to smaller currents per LED. C5 and C6 are optional capacitors in parallel to the LEDs.3x1 LEDs at LED3 output are operated at 7.0mA each in Tail-mode or 19mA in Stop-mode. 4x3 LEDs at LED1,2 are operated at 7.2mA each in Tail-mode or 43mA in Stop-mode.
