The E520.13 CAN transceiver is a physical interface for high speed CAN bus applications. It provides local and enhanced remote wake-up capabilities in an SO14 package.ISO11898-5 remote wake-up using a sequence of dominant and recessive pulses is supported. In addition, the device is able to keep the ECU in low power mode even in the presence of bus traffic until a valid wakeup frame is received (selective wake-up). A CAN frame decoder evaluates the bus traffic and reacts upon a matching frame. The ID and payload of the frame to match can be configured in registers. The configuration of the device is done via SPI.
