ZMR330FTA

ZMR330FTA is a ZMR series three terminal fixed positive voltage regulator that features internal current limit and will shut down under thermal overload conditions making the devices difficult to destroy. Typical applications include consumer electronics, DVD/Blu-Ray player, CD-ROM, set top box, TV, monitor, security system, supply for low power microcontroller, local low current supply within larger systems.

• Input voltage range from 4.8 to 24V
• Output voltage range from 3.217 to 3.383V at TA=+25°C, IO=10mA, VIN=7V
• Supply current is 120µA typ at TJ=-55°C to +125°C
• Output noise voltage is 80µVrms typ at f=10Hz to 10kHz, TA=+25°C, IO=10mA, VIN=7V
• Ripple rejection is 55dB min at VIN=6 to 20V, f=120Hz, TA=+25°C, IO=10mA
• Supply current change is 5µA typ at IO=0 to 50mA, VIN=5 to 20V
• Input voltage required to maintain regulation is 4.74V typ at TA=+25°C, IO=10mA, VIN=7V
