PI5C3303TEX is a single 2:1 Mux/DeMux digital switch designed with a fast enable. The bus switch introduces no additional propagation delay or additional ground bounce noise. The PI5C3303 device has an active HIGH enable.
- Near-zero propagation delay
- 5ohm switches connect inputs to outputs
- Direct bus connection when switches are ON
- Ultra low quiescent power, ideally suited for notebook applications
- Input HIGH voltage is ±1µA max at VCC=max, VIN=VCC, TA=-40°C to +85°C, VCC=5V ±10%
- Switch on-resistance is 10 ohm typ at VCC=4V, VIN=2.4V, ION=–15mA
- Quiescent power supply current is 0.1µA typ at VCC=max, VIN=GND or VCC
- Power dissipation is 0.5W
- 6-pin, small outline transistor plastic package (SOT23)
- Ambient temperature with power applied range from -40°C to +85°C
