PI5A100WE is a precision, wide-bandwidth quad SPDT analogue switch. The active-low EN pin may be used to place all switches in a high-impedance state. This high-precision device is ideal for low-distortion audio, video, and data switching and routing. Each switch conducts current equally well in either direction when on. In the off state, each switch blocks voltages up to the power supply rails. Applications include audio, video switching and routing, LAN switches, telecommunication systems, and battery-powered systems.

- Rail-to-rail analogue signal dynamic range
- Replaces mechanical relays
- TTL/CMOS logic compatible
- On-resistance is 8ohm typ at 25°C, VCC = 4.5V, ICOM = -30mA, VNO or VNC = +2.5V, single +5V supply
- On-resistance flatness is 2ohm at 25°C, VCC = 5V, ICOM = -30mA, VNO or VNC = +2.5V, 5V supply
- Off isolation is -57dB typ at RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 10MHz, single +5V supply
- Crosstalk is -100dB typ at RL = 50 ohm, CL = 5pF, f = 10MHz, single +5V supply
- 16-pin, 150mil wide (SOIC) package
- Industrial temperature range from -40 to +85°C
