LM2904M8-13

LM2904M8-13 is a device that consists of two independent high-gain operational amplifiers with a very low input offset voltage specification. This device has been designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages; however, operation from split power supplies is also possible. This offers a low power supply current independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage.

• Wide power supply voltage range: 3V to 36V single supply, ±1.5V to ±18V dual supplies
• Very low supply current drain, internally compensated with unity gain
• Input common-mode voltage range includes ground
• Differential input voltage range equal to the power supply voltage
• Input offset voltage temperature drift is 7µV/? typ at full range, RS = 0 ohm, TA = +25°C
• Common mode rejection ratio is 70dB typ at TA = +25°C, DC, VCMR = 0V to VCC-1.5V
• Power supply rejection ratio is 100dB at TA = +25°C, VCC = 5V to 30V
• Equivalent input noise voltage is 40nV/vHz typ at RS = 100 ohm, VI = 0V, f = 1kHz
