DMT61M8SPS-13 is a N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET. It is designed to minimize RDS(ON) yet maintain superior switching performance. This device is ideal for use in power management and load switch. Typical applications include engine management systems, body control electronics, and DC-DC converters.
