D18V0L1B2LPQ-7B is a 18V bidirectional TVS diode in a 2 pin X1-DFN1006 package. It is designed to protect sensitive electronics from the damage due to ESD. The combination of small size and high ESD surge capability makes it ideal for use in automotive infotainment applications such as USB modules, HDMI inputs and infotainment consoles.
