APX803-29SAG-7 is a 3-pin microprocessor reset circuit. It provides excellent circuit reliability and low cost by eliminating external components and adjustments when used with 5V, 3.3V, and 3.0V powered circuits. This circuit perform a single function: t
- Fully specified over temperature, guaranteed reset valid to VCC = 1V
- No external component, supply voltage range from 1.1V to 5.5V
- Supply current is 30µA typical at (VTH + 0.2V, TA = +25°C)
- Reset threshold is 2.93V typical
