The HLMP-K155 is a 3mm low current red LED Lamp with untinted/non-diffused lens, made of double hetero-junction AlGaAs. This solid state LED lamp utilizes double hetero-junction (DH) AlGaAs/GaAs material technology. This LED material has outstanding light output efficiency at very low drive current. The colour is deep red at the dominant wavelength of 637nm. This lamp is ideally suited for use in applications where high light output is required with minimum power output.
