These solid state LED lamps utilize double heterojunction(DH) AlGaAs/GaAs material technology. This LED materialhas outstanding light output efficiency at very low drivecurrents. The color is deep red at the dominant wavelengthof 637 nanometres. These lamps are ideally suitedfor use in applications where high light output is requiredwith minimum power output.
