The HLMP-1620 is a yellow integrated resistor LED Lamp contains an integral current limiting resistor in series with the LED. This allows the lamp to be driven from a 5V source without an external current limiter. The device is a GaAsP on a GaP substrate. The diffused lamp provides a wide off-axis viewing angle.
