HCPL-2611

The HCPL-26xx isoptically coupled gates that combine a GaAsP light emittingdiode and an integrated high gain photo detector.An enable input allows the detector to be strobed. Theoutput of the detector IC is an open collector Schottkyclampedtransistor. The internal shield provides a guaranteedcommon mode transient immunity specificationup to 15,000 V/µs at Vcm = 1000 V.This unique design provides maximum AC and DC circuitisolation while achieving TTL compatibility. The optocouplerAC and DC operational parameters are guaranteedfrom -40 °C to +85 °C allowing troublefree system performance.
