This family of SMT LEDs is packaged in the form of PLCC-6with a separate heat path for each LED die, enabling it tobe driven at a higher current.Individually addressable pin-outs give higher flexibility incircuitry design. With closely matched radiation patternalong the package’s x-axis, these LEDs are suitable for indoorfull color display application.For easy pick and place, the LEDs are shipped in tape andreel. Every reel is shipped from a single intensity and colorbin for better uniformity. The full black body of the LEDprovides extreme contrast enhancement for short distanceviewing of fine pitch full color display.These LEDs are compatible with the reflow soldering process.
