ARE6-95D1-0HK00 is a Broadcom® high-power IR LED with 945nm peak wavelength, appropriate for specific devices, such as infrared illumination, surveillance systems, CCTV, and gesture recognition. Packaged in a 3.45mm × 3.45mm surface-mount platform, together with viewing angles of 50° lens optics options, the high-power IR LED is suitable for a wide variety of applications. The package is compatible with the reflow soldering process. Typical applications include light curtain, infrared illumination for cameras, surveillance systems, machine vision systems and eye tracking systems.
