650nm analogue fibre optic transceiver with compact versatile-link connector for sensing over POF. It is designed to provide system designers with the ability to implement an optical arc flash sensor over 1mm plastic optical fibre (POF). The device has a very compact design with a form factor similar to the RJ-45 connector. The device features a compact and keyed versatile-link duplex connector and is compatible with existing simplex versatile-Link connectors.
