ACPL-M75L-560E

The ACPL-M75L (single-channel) is 15 MBd CMOS optocouplersin SOIC-5 package. The optocouplers utilize thelatest CMOS IC technology to achieve outstanding performancewith very low power consumption. Basic buildingblocks of ACPL-M75L are high speed LEDs and CMOSdetector ICs. Each detector incorporates an integratedphotodiode, a high speed transimpedance amplifier, anda voltage comparator with an output driver.
