The ACPL-M46U-000E consists of a AlGaAs optically coupled to an integrated high gain photo detector. Minimized propagation delay difference between devices makes these optocouplers excellent solutions for improving industrial inverter efficiency through reduced switching dead time. Specification and performance plots are given for typical IPM applications. Avago R2Coupler isolation products provide the reinforced insulation and reliability needed for critical in automotive and high temperature industrial applications.
