ACPL-K75T-060E

The ACPL-K75T is dual channel equivalent of the ACPL-K72T. All products are available in the stretched SO-8 package outline, designed to be compatible with standard surface mount processes. ACPL-K75T is low power mode with lowest LED drive current of 4mA for standard digital isolation switching. Each channel of the digital optocoupler has a CMOS detector IC with an integrated photodiode, a high speed trans-impedance amplifier, and a voltage comparator with an output driver.
