ACPL-K73L-500E

The ACPL-K73L-500E is a 2-channel 8-pin CMOS Optocoupler utilizes the latest CMOS IC technology to achieve outstanding performance with very low power consumption. Basic building blocks of ACPL-K73L is high speed LEDs and CMOS detector ICs. Each detector incorporates an integrated photodiode, a high speed transimpedance amplifier and a voltage comparator with an output driver. It is suitable for multiplexed data transmission and microprocessor system interface.
