The ACPL-847 is a DC-input quad channel fullpitchphototransistor optocoupler which contains fourlight emitting diode optically coupled to four separatetransistor. It is packaged in a 16-pin DIP packageFor both types, it is also available in wide-lead spacingoption and lead bend SMD option with input-outputisolation voltage at 5000 Vrms. Response time, tr, istypically 4 µs and minimum CTR is 50% at input currentof 5 mA
