This family of is 2.5 Amp Gate Drive Optocouplers provides Integrated Desaturation (VCE) Detection and Fault Status Feedback for IGBT VCE fault protection in a rugged, hermetically-sealed package. The devices are capable of operation and storage over the full military temperature range and can be purchased as either commercial-grade products or in fully MIL-STD compliant versions. The military standard devices are manufactured and tested on a MIL-PRF-38534 certified line to Class H specifications; Standard Microcircuit Drawing (SMD) 5962-12236. They are included in the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Land and Maritime Qualified Manufacturers List, QML-38534 for Hybrid Microcircuits.
