The ACPL-214 is an AC-input single channel half-pitchphototransistor optocoupler which contains 2 lightemitting diodes connected inversely parallel & opticallycoupled to a phototransistor. It is packaged in a 4-pin SOpackage.The input-output isolation voltage is rated at 3000 Vrms.Response time, tr, is 2µs typically, while minimum CTR is20% at input current of 1 mA
