SMAJ10A

The SMAJ10A from Taiwan Semiconductor is a SMAJ series unidirectional surface mount transient voltage suppressor in DO-214AC package. It has low profile package, excellent clamping capability and glass passivated junction. This transient voltage suppressor is ideal for automated placement. The leads are matte tin plated and solderable per JESD22-B102. It also meets JESD 201 class 2 whisker test.

• Breakdown voltage of 11.1V (minimum), 12.3V (maximum) and test current of 1mA
• Maximum clamping voltage of 17V at Ippm and maximum peak pulse surge current of 23.5A
• Maximum instantaneous forward voltage of 3.5V at 25A
