The 5.0SMDJ33CA from Littelfuse is a 5000W, bidirectional, 5.0SMDJ series transient voltage suppression diode. It is constructed with glass passivated chip junction. It features excellent clamping capability, fast response time and low incremental surge resistance. The 5.0SMDJ series is designed specifically to protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by lightning and other transient voltage events.
