AS25F316MQ-10S1IN is a 16Megabit serial NOR flash memory supporting the standard serial peripheral interface (SPI), and supports the quad SPI: serial clock, chip select, serial data I/O0 (DI), I/O1 (DO), I/O2 (W), and I/O3 (HOLD ). The quad output data is transferred with speed of 416Mbits/s.
