AS25F304MD-10S1IN is a 4Megabit serial NOR flash memory supporting the standard serial peripheral interface (SPI), and supports the dual SPI: serial clock, chip select, serial data I/O0 (DI), I/O1 (DO), W. The dual I/O data is transferred with speed of 208Mbits/s.
