1.5V15-N0.8 is a vertical, micro-sized ultravolt V series high voltage biasing supply. It features low output ripple, temperature coefficient, and line regulation (Analog interface with integral voltage control and voltage/current monitors) Integrated reverse polarity, short-circuit/arc, and overcurrent protection. With a footprint under 2.54cm² (1in²), this module is perfect for applications with limited board space. Suitable for bias supplies, electrostatic chucks, hand held x-ray florescence (XRF), avalanche photo diodes (APD, photomultiplier tubes (PMT), silicon detector (SiD), X-ray flat panel detector (FPD) and ionization chamber detector applications.
