3M is pleased to announce the change of the 3M Pak 50 Wiremount and Boardmount product portfolio to RoHS compliant* versions. In all cases, the change to RoHS compliancy is based on replacing tin lead interfaces (solder tails and wiremount u-slots) to gold over nickel.
