Touch Controlled Thermostat Solution

Thermostat with timer for gas, electric, or wood-fired ovens. The instrument also controls steam injection and lighting in the oven, and has a flame sensor input and an internal audible alarm (buzzer). Touch sensing is done by KE1xZ MCU.
