The solution enables faster development of 800 V SiC traction inverters by combining automotive-grade power devices, microcontrollers, and system expertise into a single, ready-to-evaluate platform. It significantly reduces development effort and risk while providing a scalable foundation for various electric vehicle segments.

This is a complete reference solution for EV traction inverters. Its key features can be summarized as “three highs, one fast capabilities, and one safety”:

  • High voltage: Supports a DC bus voltage range of 350–850 V, enabling direct deployment on 800 V vehicle platforms.
  • High power density: Based on HybridPACK™ Drive CoolSiC™ MOSFET modules (1.9 mΩ, 1200 V) with a low stray inductance package.
  • High integration: Single-board integration of MCU (TC387, 4×300 MHz, ASIL-D), SiC gate drivers, 12-bit ADC, power management (TLF35585), and current/temperature sensing, reducing BOM cost by approximately 30%.
  • Quick implementation: Provides schematics, BOM, thermal fixtures, AUTOSAR MCAL, and supports multiple motor interfaces such as resolver, encoder, and GMR, shortening the development cycle by up to 6 months.
  • Automotive-grade safety: The MCU, PMIC, and gate drivers are designed in compliance with ISO 26262 ASIL-D, featuring EVITA-full HSM and supporting OTA A/B partitioning.
