InnoSwitch3 ICs combine primary, secondary and feedback circuits in a single surface-mounted off-line flyback switcher IC. The devices feature PowiGaN technology and FluxLink feedback which eliminates the need for an optocoupler.

Quasi-resonant InnoSwitch3-CP, InnoSwitch3-EP and InnoSwitch3-Pro ICs combine primary, secondary and feedback circuits in a single surface-mounted package. In the new family members, GaN switches replace the traditional silicon high-voltage transistors on the primary side of the IC, reducing conduction and switching losses.  This results in substantially increased power efficiency and delivery and high resistance to line surges and swells in a space-saving InSOP-24D package.
