These motor drive ICs operate at higher operating range (65V), compared to the second generation RAJ306010 (42V). This new motor control family offers two MCU options, RL78/G1F 16bit MCU (RAJ306102) and RX13T 32bit MCU (RAJ306101).With the RAJ306102 customers can use our sensor less 150-degree drive with our proven enhanced induction sensing and MRI technology. The RAJ306101 is the first time we integrate a 32bit RX13T MCU with a smart gate driver allowing for more complex motor control algorithms like FOC (Vector Control).
These motor drive ICs are ideal for battery powered applications like power tools, outdoor power equipment and appliances.
