The Avnet SiC Based 5HP Solar Pump converts and uses solar energy to run agricultural pumps. The design is based on a 1200V CoolSiC MOSFET Three Phase Inverter IPM Module, combined with an optimised 6-channel gate driver.
The SiC MOSFET Power Module enables good thermal performance, while the integrated gate driver improves EMI performance and reduces external component count. Our sustainable solutions with Infineon Silicon Carbide help countries save energy and conserve groundwater.
