The ML63Q2500 Group is a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0+ MCU family that integrates ROHM’s proprietary AxlCORE-ODL AI accelerator, enabling low-power on-device AI for edge computing applications. With extensive integrated peripherals and power consumption of approximately 40 mW during AI processing, it is well suited for anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and intelligent control in industrial and home appliance systems.
The ML63Q2500 Group is MCUs equipped with a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0+ processor and ROHM's proprietary AI accelerator "AxlCORE-ODL". These MCUs provide on-device AI solutions for a wide range of edge computing applications. It also integrates a variety of peripheral circuits, including CAN FD controller, PWM for three-phase motor control, dual-unit A/D converters, analog comparators, I²C, SPI, and UART. With a low power consumption of approximately 40mW during AI processing, the ML63Q2500 Group is ideal for anomaly detection and predictive maintenance in industrial equipment and home appliances.
