CSL0902R3T is a NIR (Near Infrared) LED with a wavelength of 940nm. It is a compact product with a lens of industry standard 1608 size.

The CSL0902R3T from ROHM is an ultra-compact, surface-mount Near-Infrared (NIR) LED engineered for high-precision optical sensing applications. Operated at a peak wavelength of 940 nm, this 1608 (1.6 × 0.8 mm) lensed chip offers efficient infrared emission within a minimalist form factor.

Despite its small footprint, the CSL0902R3T supports a maximum forward current (IF) of 30 mA and delivers a typical radiant intensity of approximately 5 mW/sr, ensuring reliable performance even under power constraints. Featuring a typical forward voltage (VF) of 1.4 V, this device operates effectively across industrial temperature ranges from –40°C to +85°C. It boasts a robust reverse voltage tolerance of up to 5 V, enhancing durability in diverse environments.
