FSA515UCX

FSA515UCX is a high performance single pole single throw (SPST) depletion switch with negative swing. The depletion technology allows the device to conduct signals when there is no VDD is available and to isolate signals when VDD is present. It is 5.5V tolerant and can pass or isolate negative signal swings down to -3V. Typical application includes mobile accessories, adapters, and cables, phones, tablets, and laptops, headsets.

• Supply voltage range from 2.5V to 5.5V
• 4.7V maximum switch voltage range (isolating)
• 0.01µA typical switch off leakage current (VDD = 5V, 1B = GND)
• Typ total harmonic distortion plus noise is -93dB (VSW=1VRMS, ground centered RL=32ohm, f=1KHz)
• Typical off isolation rejection ratio is -116dB (f = 1KHz, VSW = 1VRMS, ground cantered RL = 32ohm)
• 367MHz typical bandwidth (VSW = 200mVPP, ground centered RL = 50 ohm)
• 30µA typical quiescent current (VDD = 5.5V, TA=25°C, VDD = 0V)
