NRF54LM20-DK

The nRF54LM20-DK (Development Kit) enables development with nRF54LM20A. It offers
all features on a single board at an affordable price. The nRF Connect SDK and tools fully
support the DK. The Quick Start tool in nRF Connect for Desktop enables easy board
setup. Nordic Developer Academy provides free hands-on courses to equip developers
with the technical knowledge and skills to work with Nordic solutions. Developers can
explore the nRF54LM20A’s potential with software samples, add-ons, and libraries from
the nRF Connect SDK.
The nRF54L Series includes multiple SoCs such as the nRF54LM20A, nRF54L15, nRF54L10,
and nRF54L05. All wireless SoCs in the Series integrate an ultra-low-power 2.4 GHz radio
and MCU with a 128 MHz Arm Cortex-M33 processor, a comprehensive peripheral set, and
a scalable memory configuration. The nRF54LM20A adds High-Speed USB to the Series
and increases the maximum available NVM from 1.5 MB to 2 MB NVM and RAM from 256
KB to 512 KB.
Nordic’s proprietary technologies, such as low-leakage RAM and advanced multiprotocol
radio design, enable ultra-low power consumption, reducing battery size or increasing its
lifetime.
Designed for versatility, the nRF54L Series wireless SoCs offer options for various
applications. The multiprotocol 2.4 GHz radio supports Bluetooth LE, Thread, Matter, Aliro,
Zigbee, Amazon Sidewalk, and proprietary protocols with up to 4 Mbps data rate. It also
supports features of Bluetooth Core 6.0 specification, including Bluetooth Channel
Sounding. Available in memory and package configurations, including pin-to-pin options,
the nRF54L Series SoCs support cost optimization and flexibility in the design cycle.
