The RX13T is a new addition to the existing scalable RX motor control MCU line-up, targeting low-end BLDC motor applications. RX13T is the single chip that customers need to easily develop single motor control applications. RX13T supports FPU, has built-in DataFlash, as well as the strong peripheral functions of the rest of the RX family. On top of the enhanced specifications, RX13T is the first product in the RX family to release in a small 32-pin LQFP package that helps to further reduce board space. It is also available in a48-pin LFQFP package. Target applications are pumps, fan motors, refrigerators, vacuum cleaners and other low-end motor/inverter control applications.
