UltraZ AD是面向深度学习开发的平台,其目标应用是自动驾驶/自控嵌入式产品。
该电路板包含2套赛灵思Zynq® UltraScale+™ MPSoC 器件,可用于自动驾驶测试,或者也可以嵌入到自动控制的机器人中,分别用于物体识别、空间识别以及路径搜索算法。
XCZU11EG/XCZU7EV上的大规模(288KB)ULTRA RAM和高带宽DDR4 SDRAM(带有ECC)将为算法开发提供有力支持,助力实现神经网络图像处理的快速响应。
此外,带有XCZU7EV器件的UltraZ AD同时还包含H.264/265视频编码器/解码器,可支持4K/2K 60fps的视频流编解码功能。
由于UltraZ AD预见到了新一代高质量视觉传感器接口的发展,该平台还包含有2个FMC HPC连接器,并同时提供可实现高分辨率/快速捕捉用于汽车环视的相关接口。此外,该平台还带有行业标准的PCIe Gen3.0 x4通道、USB3.0、10/100/1000Mbps以太网、CAN2.0B以及HDMI,方便与各种评估需求进行连接,例如汽车接口,PC。
此外,它还包含了英飞凌的AURIX处理器作为功能安全设计的入口点,用于监控每个芯片的电信号和 UltraZ AD的运行状态并通知到外部系统。
