TDK SensEI Launches edgeRX: AI predictive maintenance & vision

TDK SensEI (TDK edge AI)  delivers two core technology pillars — edgeRX​ for equipment predictive maintenance and edgeRX Vision​ for industrial AI visual inspection — helping manufacturers shift from reactive repairs and manual inspection to proactive prediction and intelligent decision-making.        

The integrated hardware-software edgeRX solution combines edge smart sensors, high-performance industrial gateways, an AI analytics platform, and a visual O&M dashboard. Operating at the edge around the clock, it captures vibration, temperature, acoustics and magnetometer data, and applies both physics-based models and AI algorithms to diagnose more than 60 fault types. The platform delivers continuous equipment health monitoring, Remaining Useful Life (RUL) prediction, an intelligent alert agent, O&M reports, and multi-device dashboards for smarter decision-making.
