Our Power Mate® 4.19 mm (.165") pitch discrete wire cables and connectors feature individually shrouded contacts for reliability in harsh environments with up to 10.4 Amps.

Discrete wire solutions are available in a wide variety of pitches from 0.80 mm to 6.35 mm, as well as wire gauges from 10 to 32 AWG. Additional options include rugged latching, high-reliability Tiger Eye™ or individually shrouded contact systems, ultra micro power, standard and high-power versions, polarization and keying.
All Samtec Discrete Wire solutions exceed the 48 V rating requirement. There’s a wide variety of small form factor solutions (0.80 mm, 1 mm pitch and above) with contact styles that are optimized for power with high isolation.
