Three types 2-Circuit Detection switches
1. Redundancy Type
A single switch provides two independent output circuits. If a fault occurs in one circuit, the second circuit can continue operating, improving system reliability and supporting functional safety requirements.
2. 2-Step Detection Type
One switch can detect two different stages of movement or position. This allows a single component to provide multiple status signals, reducing system complexity and saving valuable installation space.
3. Failure Detection Type
In addition to detecting normal ON/OFF operation, the switch can identify various failure conditions, including:
- Wire short circuits
- Wire disconnection
- Welded contacts
- Contact short circuits
