Power MOSFETs Optimized for AI Servers and Data Centers

ROHM’s latest power MOSFETs are designed to support the growing power demands of AI servers and data centers. Featuring ultra-low on-resistance and high current capability in a compact package, they help improve power efficiency and thermal performance in high-density AI computing platforms.

As artificial intelligence continues to evolve, AI supercomputing platforms require highly efficient and reliable power systems. GPUs and accelerators used for AI training and inference consume significant power, creating new challenges for power supply design in data centers.

Power MOSFETs play a key role in server power architectures, particularly in voltage regulator modules (VRMs) and point-of-load (POL) converters. Improving MOSFET performance—such as reducing on-resistance and minimizing power loss—helps increase system efficiency and manage thermal performance.

ROHM’s latest power MOSFETs address these needs with ultra-low Rds(on), high current capability, and a compact package suitable for high-density server power designs. By reducing conduction loss and heat generation, these devices help power designers improve efficiency and reliability in next-generation AI supercomputing platforms.
