The BD96801Qxx-C configurable PMIC is designed for application processors and FPGAs in automotive systems. Featuring 4 high-efficiency buck regulators and 3 LDOs, it supports ISO 26262 ASIL-D and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification. With flexible operation modes, built-in supervision, protection, and self-test functions, it ensures reliable performance in ADAS, instrument clusters, and infotainment systems.
