The BD96801Qxx-C series offers a scalable automotive PMIC with 4 buck converters and 3 LDOs, delivering up to 8A output. It supports ASIL-D, AEC-Q100, and enables high-efficiency power for ADAS and SoCs.

The BD96801Qxx-C configurable PMIC is designed for application processors and FPGAs in automotive systems. Featuring 4 high-efficiency buck regulators and 3 LDOs, it supports ISO 26262 ASIL-D and AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification. With flexible operation modes, built-in supervision, protection, and self-test functions, it ensures reliable performance in ADAS, instrument clusters, and infotainment systems.

  • Built-in Self-test for Critical Signal Pins (PRSTB, INTB_ADDPRSTB1, EN).
  • Built-in Mutual Monitoring of VREF and OSC.
  • Q&A Watchdog Timer.
  • I²C Support Fast Mode (Max 400kHz) and Fast Mode Plus (Max 1MHz) with CRC.
