Next-Gen 650V GaN HEMT: ROHM’s GNP2070TD-Z

ROHM’s GNP2070TD-Z is a 650V GaN HEMT from the EcoGaN™ series, offering low ON resistance, fast switching, and built-in ESD protection for efficient and compact power designs. It achieves industry-leading FOM (Ron×Ciss, Ron×Coss), helping reduce switching losses and heat.
